Group Fitness Classes

Enhance your fitness workout by adding one of our energizing group fitness classes to your routine. Our program offers a variety of fitness classes for beginners through advanced. You may choose to improve your strength and flexibility with one of our yoga classes, or perhaps you prefer something fast-paced like spinning. Whether you enjoy working out early in the morning, after work, or on the weekend, we’re sure you will find a class to meet your needs. Ask our front desk for a schedule, or view our convenient online fitness class schedule.
 

 

Racquetball

Milpitas Health and Fitness offers a racquetball court on a first come-first served basis. Enjoy a friendly game with friends anytime during the day. If you don’t have a partner Challenge Court is perfect for you. From 5pm – 8pm, Monday through Friday we offer an opportunity for you to play the winner of the previous game. A great way to make new friends and partake in some friendly competition. See the front desk staff for details.

 

 

Kidz Club

For those of you busy with little ones, Milpitas Health and Fitness offers a convenient babysitting service for our members. You can feel comfortable that your children are being supervised while you are working out. Our Kidz Club is open:

Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 1:30pm.
Monday to Thursday: 4pm – 8:45pm.
Saturdays: 8:45am – 1:30pm.
Kidz Club is closed on Sundays.

Our fees are $3.50 per child per 2 hour visit, or, ask the front desk about purchasing a Kidz Club card!
